Freight / pickup
We ship packages with Dao, DHL or PostNord.
All our packages we send off in recycled cardboard boxes, as it is important for us to spare the environment and create as little waste as possible.
You are also welcome to pick up the package at our workshop at Strandlodsvej 6c, 2300 Copenhagen S.
We ship the item from our workshop on Amager 1-2 days after the order.
You can pay with Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MobilePay & Paypal.
All amounts are in DKK and include Danish VAT.
We use an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
This means that you cannot read your information. These will also not be disclosed to 3rd party.
The money is being deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
Right of withdrawal
We provide 30 days full return policy / right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. The cancellation deadline expires 30 days after the day you;
- Have received your item.
- Get the last product in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different goods commissioned in one order and supplied individually.
- Getting the last lot, or the last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on the delivery of a product consisting of several parties or parts.

Please pack the item securely in when you return and must not set the return label directly on the original packaging. Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will as soon as possible and no later than 8 days after reception, refund the purchase amount to your account.

The item stand when sending return
