We provide 30 days full and free return from the day you receive the products.

You must send us an email to kundeservice@kolekto.dk within 30 days of receipt stating that you wish to cancel your purchase. In your email, you must state the order number and that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. Then we will send you an email with your return label which you must print yourself.
You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
